Perplx offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis and include a monthly allocation of credits. Credits are consumed when you use AI-powered features. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
All fees are stated in euros and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We may change pricing at any time, but will provide at least 30 days' notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to content you create using the Service. Perplx, Inc. does not claim ownership of your creations.
Our Service: The Service itself, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Perplx, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.
Feedback: If you provide feedback about the Service, you grant Perplx, Inc. an unrestricted license to use such feedback.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PERPLX, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days by contacting help@perplx.dev.
